Everything was done to my satisfaction. Motti, owner, was always available for consultation and review. We agreed on the contract and price for the work to be done on my tub to shower conversion. Motti helped me with the design decisions and answered all of my questions. The people doing the work were very attentive and did more than I expected. They were always on time and kept everything as neat as they could. My house was protected from all of the dust and cleaned up at the end. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for hands on contact.
I am very happy with the new kitchen and bathroom I have now. 30 years I was thinking to remodel my house. Finely I got time to do it. I contact a few remodeling companies and I find M&D Homebuilders best match for me with the new design they provide and quality I want. Motti and his team to be the beast team I ever had. They show up on time and the job was very clean and professional. I ask him to help me with my wood floor and my windows. He did my fireplace too. I am very lucky to have motti handle my project with all permits and inspection we need. Now I have my dream kitchen and bathroom. Me and my lovely 5 cats having good time together. Moti and his team recently finished an extensive water damage repairs in one of our rental homes. They built a whole new kitchen and guest bathroom for us. Moti is an excellent communicator via email, text and phone and all around excellent guy to work with. He was able to finish the job ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job, in a fair and reasonable price. Our plans were for a complete kitchen remodel along with new wood floors for the downstairs. Finding the right contractor was our biggest concern, but our experience with Motti was better than we could have hoped for. First of all, the job was completed on time, maybe even a little early. Second, the crews he brought in were experts, and they made recommendations that were smart and practical. Also, he was very organized, having work taking place nearly every day.
