I highly recommend M&D Homebuilders. Motti, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. We did a full kitchen remodel. At the outset we had a general idea of what we wanted in a new kitchen but his experience and ideas were an improvement to our design. His workers for the demolition, tile, electrical, plumbing, and construction were the best, real craftsmen. Everyone showed up when they said they would and left our home clean and neat each evening. The price we paid was a fair price and we were not pinched every time there was a small change here and there as construction progressed. We will call M&D Homebuilders again when it is time to do the bathrooms.
I recently had Motti do a remodel of my home and am very happy. I had hard wood floors refinished, plumbing, electrical, and complete kitchen/bath. Motti and his guys were friendly, finished on time, provided quality work, and always cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. I really can’t say enough about the guy because this was a big project for me and its really a relief to be finished without any problems. Its nice to know I’m still a good judge of character as you need to trust your team. I was worried due to all the horror stories from friends who had crappy contractors. Motti’s best attribute is that he’s an excellent communicator who was always checking up with me and was available to answer my questions right away. If he didn’t answer the phone I knew he was going to call back within the hour which was a big deal for me. He did a great job of coordinating the project with all his subs and pushed his guys to finish on time without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend this professional and would be more than happy to answer any questions as I’m sure you’re stressing on who to go with.
While any renovation is never fun, M&D Homebuilders made the entire process an absolute pleasure. Motti can get anything done and will see to it that any and all issues that invariably arise get resolved. The entire kitchen renovation went without a hitch and was completed in a professional and expert, timely manner. One never knows what will present itself once the walls get removed, especially in an older home. We had major plumbing and electrical dilemmas; all of which were resolved to achieve the space and configuration we wanted. They know the right trades people to get the job done. Electric, plumbing, cabinets, granite, etc. It all worked together seamlessly to create a superb and perfect kitchen in our home. I highly recommend M&D Homebuilders for a kitchen renovation regardless of how big or how small. Motti will get the job done.
